AP1 Marketing / Legal
Website privacy notice
Effective July 29, 2026
Who this notice covers
AP1 Marketing (“AP1,” “we,” “us”) operates this business website from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This notice explains how AP1 handles personal information collected through this website and its inquiry form.
Questions, access requests or complaints may be directed to AP1’s Privacy Officer at info@ap1marketing.com or +1 647 375 7878.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, optional company name and message. Please do not send health, financial, government-identification or other sensitive personal information through this form.
Our hosting provider may also process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested URL, date and time, and referring page where available.
Why we use it
We use personal information only as reasonably required to:
- evaluate and respond to your inquiry;
- communicate about the project or opportunity you asked us to consider;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the reliability of the website;
- maintain records required for legitimate business, contractual or legal purposes.
AP1 does not sell personal information or add inquiry details to unrelated marketing lists without further consent.
Consent and choices
By submitting the inquiry form, you consent to AP1 using the submitted information for the purposes stated beside the form and in this notice. You may withdraw consent by contacting our Privacy Officer, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Withdrawal may limit our ability to continue responding to or working on the request.
Service providers and processing
This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes site requests and contact-form submissions on AP1’s behalf. We also use a business email provider to receive and answer inquiries. Service providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws and lawful access rules of another country.
AP1 remains responsible for personal information transferred to service providers for processing and uses appropriate contractual, account and access safeguards for the services it selects. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights, safety or the integrity of the website.
Storage, retention and safeguards
Inquiry records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the opportunity, maintain an appropriate business record, or meet contractual and legal obligations. Records for an accepted client engagement are handled under the applicable client and legal retention requirements. Information that is no longer required is deleted, anonymized or securely disposed of.
AP1 uses administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information, including limited need-to-know access, protected accounts and reputable hosting. No online system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Cookies and browser storage
AP1 does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking cookies, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel on this website. The site uses short-lived functional session storage only to prevent a duplicate page transition during internal navigation. It is not used to identify, profile or advertise to visitors.
Your privacy rights
You may ask to access or correct personal information AP1 holds about you, or request deletion where appropriate. We may need to verify your identity and may withhold information where permitted or required by law. AP1 will ordinarily respond to a formal access request within 30 days.
If you have a concern, contact our Privacy Officer first so we can review it. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Other websites, children and changes
External links are governed by the other website’s privacy practices. This business-to-business site is not directed to children and AP1 does not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
We may update this notice as our services or legal obligations change. A material change will be identified on this page and, where required, we will seek additional consent before using information for a new purpose.
